The Building Process

Once you have selected your new home, it is time to draw up a sales contract by the listing Realtor or by your buyer's agent. At the time of signing the contract, a Homeowner's Handbook will be given to you for your review. This handbook covers all of the essentials of the construction process:

• upgrade-change orders
• new homeowner orientation and walk-through process
• 60-day and 11-month warranty requests
• additional warranty requests
• contact numbers for emergencies

The most important part of home ownership is knowing how your builder operates, both before closing and after closing during the warranty period. Homeowner satisfaction is Weaver Homes' #1 goal for our home buyers, because buying a home is the single most important investment you will ever make.
