Our Story

Mike and Melissa Weaver formed Weaver Homes in the year 2000 as a part-time hobby.

By 2001 — after four presales from the first home they built — they knew a career choice needed to be made. By the end of 2001, Weaver Homes became incorporated, and Mike and Melissa proceeded full speed with their newly-founded company. The first 3 years of Weaver Homes were "presales" by word-of-mouth. And thus the start of Weaver Homes.

As homebuilders, Mike and Melissa pride themselves on their ability to establish and maintain excellent communication with each and every home buyer throughout the entire process. Having a team with a male's perspective and a woman's touch has always contributed to producing a very distinctive and polished product. With over 40 homes built to date, Mike and Melissa are in the process of developing — literally from the ground up — a new residential neighborhood located in the heart of Roswell as well as a new residential neighborhood in Henry County.
